The Loxone Miniserver is classified as a connected product within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2023/2854 (Data Act). By default, no data is transmitted to Loxone or third parties. All device data is processed and stored locally on the Miniserver. Once the user configures their own functions, they can retrieve all resulting data through the transparently documented Loxone API in structured, machine-readable format and use it further if needed. Loxone does not perform automatic or hidden data collection.
